The world of high perfumery opened up to me quite recently, just a year ago. It all started when I stumbled upon a certain tumblr blog while I was being lazy looking for aesthetically pleasing pictures; didn't quiet understand back then, what are these strange reviews, photos of bottles, "chypre" and "amber" things mean. But digging deeper, looking through more, i felt how lonely I was with my only flacon, contents of which wasnt very nice(it ended its days in the toilet, haha) and then I got obsessed with idea to find something that would scream "Woah woah, here comes Bart, step aside!". And of course after this blog began views on YouTube, fragrantica, some history books, and so on ...

The prerequisites for my love for perfume have always been here, because since childhood I liked to "collect" smells, liked the pictures that appeared in my head, and sometimes even the music that arose when I inhaled something that I liked. But back then I didn’t have the opportunity to try something from the perfume departments; speaking honestly, I was able to afford normal skin care cosmetics just quite recently. And when I was young, my nose was more sensitive (as well as now, but to a lesser extent)so i wasnt very interested. I haven't found my perfect scent yet and I'm just trying a little bit of everything. But I understand for sure that for now I want something light and floral, maybe even powdery with a pinch of sea salt and not at all spicy and oriental, as I once thought("I might be a very fiery, spicy kind of person" - thats what the thought. Funny).

I'm still a very green beginner with limited funds and not at all sophisticated, so I don't always understand what is a "good" fragrance and what is a "bad" one. I just take what I like, and what I don't like, I just cut off. But im always welcome suggestions and thoughts
